Valentine’s Day Room Tour

Happy Wednesday! Today I’m sharing how I decorated and my Valentine’s Day room tour! I was so happy with how it turned out that I had to show you. I finally settled into my apartment and it has been so fun to decorate it. I honestly can’t wait to decorate it for all the holidays. I know I could just decorate it for year round which I might later on but for now I love switching it up. So I’m going to keep the intro short and just show you how I did it and all the details of my Valentine’s Day room tour!

I love Valentine’s Day. The aesthetic is so me and if I could keep this up year round I would and I could but I love changing it up as I said. I used left over decorations from my old apartment and did decorate similar how I did it like but this time I focused on my room. I decorated my bookshelves in my room which I will go into detail below and then changed my bedding. It was pretty easy and love it so much!

I bought these bookcases a couple weeks after moving in. They were affordable and I was on a book buying spree so I needed a place to put them. Then I couldn’t fill it u so I just added my bags and shoes to display. I switch it out with the theme and decor and match them to whatever is going on. I did it for Christmas and now for Valentine’s Day. I also set up my record player and put Taylor Swift’s Lover as front and center as it was perfect and matched everything nicely. I added all these heart signs, heart shaped balloons and also how darling are these pom pom garlands and tinsel draped over the top. I love the pink and reds and they just look so good so was happy with that.

Now on to my bed. I just changed u the bedding and added this heart bunting garland that was from Target a couple of years ago. It actually can be used year round and I just left it on before but I might switch it out this time. I linked something similar and my comforter is also from Target which I picked up in the kid section. My sheets set I bought from Amazon here and got on sale. It is so comfy and the perfect ballet pink color. I love my bed and I wrote a whole blog post about it when I first bought it here. Also love my Valentine’s Day heart print lounge set. It was so comfy and perfect to decorate in. The pajama set I’m wearing here.
