Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing the dressy outfit I wore on Thanksgiving! I finally went somewhere for Thanksgiving so I had to document the outfit I wore. I had the best time and thought I would share the details of everything and what I did this year. So here is my dressy outfit I wore on Thanksgiving!
Dressy Outfit I Wore on Thanksgiving
I got to wear this skirt I originally bought 4 years ago as it seemed like the perfect skirt to wear on Thanksgiving. It’s this orange/ten colored corduroy skater skirt. I bought it for this occasion but never got a chance to wear it to Thanksgiving like I planned. However this was the year I broke it out and so hapy I did. I’m wearing a 2X and got it at Forever 21 in their plus size section online but since it is old I linked a similar one instead. Also linked four other options as well if you need a skirt like this. The top is a Shein find and I kept getting compliments on it from real life and on Instagram so it’s a good one. I love the statement sleeves and honestly they aren’t itchy or scratchy. I was pretty comfortable in it all evening throughout dinner. I’m wearing a 2x and it is a bit long so great for tucking into the bottoms of your choice. I also wore it dressed down here.

For the accessories I simply wore all matching ones. So since the polka dots on the sleeves was velvet I went with a velvet headband with pearls to match the polka dots perfectly. Not pictured was a bag that looked exactly like the headband and you see that in my Instagram picture. I went with pearl accessories to go along with it. Lastly some faux suede boots to match the texture and finish off the outfit.
That was my dressy outfit I wore on Thanksgiving! I had the best Thanksgiving this year by going to the house of an old friend I reconnected with. We ate some yummy food, took a lot of pictures and enjoyed each others company. I love that I could dress up this year and wear something besides leggings and stuff. I’ve linked other Thanksgiving outfits here. I also took some Christmas card pictures as I had my tree set up for a good 2 weeks now. I put it up early this year and don’t regret it. I love how it is turning out and I will do a full blog post on it here soon. Overall it was such a good night and love that I an document it this year. How was your Thanksgiving if you celebrate it. I’d love to know! Thanks so much for reading about my dressy outfit I wore on Thanksgiving! xo
