Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing my fall TV shows I’ve been watching! I listed the shows I am watching and rewatching right now. Some are fall themed and others are just shows I have been watching the past month or so. I thought I would share my fall display in my living room too and it is so pretty. I’m going to switch it out soon so I thought I would show it to you before Christmas goes up. So this is how I am spending my evenings and free time. Now keep reading to see what fall TV shows I’ve been watching!
Fall TV Shows I’ve Been Watching
The Good Witch
This show has been my latest obsession. I discovered this show in 2018 around fall time and it now has a special place in my heart. I never watched the movies beforehand but I started to watch them after I finished season 5 on Netflix. It is such a feel good show and makes me so happy when I watch it. I’m warning you it is super cheesy which makes it ten times better in my opinion. It reminds me of all those holiday Hallmark movies which I know it is a Hallmark TV show so that’s why it is like that so if you like those then this will be perfect for you. I feel so magical and warm when I watch it and the fall centered episodes are the one. I just want to move to Middleton with a warm hot chocolate in a cute fall outfit and some heeled boots. The fashion and vibes off it just makes it so good to watch and I recommend you binge watch this around this time of year. I’m saving season 6 until next fall but I’m so tempted to watch it.
Gilmore Girls
The ultimate fall feel good TV show. I was an OG fan when it was actually on air. I think it’s my all time favorite show and it influenced my life a lot. I remember in middle school I was made fun of because I liked this show. I bet those girls who bullied me are loving this show and binge watch it all the time now. It wasn’t cool to like it I guess because they called it a soap opera but I loved coming home and I had it recorded on the family DVR and watched it until I had to turn it off a night. As I said it had a big impact on my life. I got a journalism degree because of Rory and joined my collage newspaper because she did. I wanted to go to Yale because of her and wanted to be that smart in school so it encouraged me to do better and get better grades. I would have to say Rory was my favorite character but now watching it as a 27 year old which is far older than what Rory was on the show, I relate more towards Lorelai and appreciate her more. On the other hand, A Year in the Life is totally different and I liked it but it isn’t like the original. I highly recommend watching this or rewatching it. If I need something familiar I put it on but I haven’t had a full rewatch of it for a few years so I might spend my days doing that this month.
Hart of Dixie
I just binge watched this again the first of the year when lockdown was starting and it is another feel good show as well. I loved watching this and it isn’t really fall themed but it has that light hearted element which I love for the fall time. After rewatching it I found out more details I missed and my point of view totally changed watching it for the second time. I love Zoe and Wade together and my thoughts about Lemon changed to. The fashion is still so cute and love watching the small town vibes kind of feel that shows like this have. If you haven’t watched this then I suggest you do.
New Girl
Right now, this is the show I’m currently binging. It isn’t a fall themed show but this is what I’m currently watching so I added it in. I watched this when it first came out and then forgot about it so I don’t think I watched the last season. Another feel good show and this is great to watch while you do something in the background which is what I’m watching while typing up this blog post. It is so cute and I always love Jess’s hair whenever I watch it. If you need a show to watch that is something easy to watch and not too intense than this is the one.
The Vampire Diaries
Another show that I am watching. I watch this in the evenings when I’m not busy. I actually started rewatching this after I saw some posts about it on Twitter and I missed it so I started it from the beginning. I mean it was perfect to start the first of October and it’s been a fun show to watch again. I forgot about some details and seeing the characters from the beginning again. It is kind of good for fall and some of the episodes are pretty spooky. So far my thoughts haven’t changed too much unlike the other shows I thought I would change teams but my opinions still stand rewatching it. I’m not really binge watching this but watching an episode every so often which I never really do but I am enjoying doing that and have something to look forward to.
Those were my fall TV shows I’ve been watching. If you want to see more of my fall display than I based it off of how I decorated last year which I blogged about here. I did a video about me decorating this year though over on my Youtube channel here. Let me know what show you are watching right now and if you watched any of these. Thanks for reading about my fall TV shows I’ve been watching!
