Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing what I bought from the NSale 2020. If you read my wish list post which I blogged about here then you already saw a few of the items I had an eye. I was lucky enough to snag some and came out with items I knew I was going to use for now and for the fall season coming up. What I Bought From The NSale 2020

I managed to shop in person but first I shopped online and got the items I knew my store didn’t have. I did try on other things in the dressing room but they didn’t have much in store and in my size. I tried on a few pieces that were a large but some fit like this cream and polka dot skirt except it was a bit tight and too short. I tried on some leggings and jeans in a large and with my thick thighs and rather large behind they didn’t go up so it was a little discouraging but I know it can’t let me down. I’m a large in some stores and some I’m not. It’s unfortunate but it can’t get me down. I guess the Nordstrom I went to which was the one in The Grove here in LA don’t carry too many plus size pieces.

What I Bought

I bought the Socialite floral print skirt and then I was going to buy the Spanx faux leather leggings but I passed and bought the BP faux leather leggings instead which hopefully I like. Last thing I ordered online was the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Set which I splurged and finally treated myself too. I would show you the picture of what I bought but as I’m writing this it still hasn’t arrived. I thought by now it would be delivered as I got it when the sale started on August 19 but it still hasn’t. Hopefully it will soon so I can review the lip kit and then share some fall outfit inspo with the items I got. When I went in store I bought this Topshop pink sweater which wasn’t on my wish list but the one I wanted to buy wasn’t in store and it is a close enough look and I just love pink sweaters so I picked it up. Last thing I got which I’m not sure was apart of the sale but it was this two pack of BP hair scrunchies in this gorgeous color.

What I Wore Shopping

As I said, I went in store whopping when the sale began. I was expecting it to not have as many people shopping but there was more than I was expecting. They still kept distance and everything was safe still so I didn’t feel too exposed being out. The only time I took my mask off was when I was by myself in the dressing room plus I was only in there for about 15 minutes the most. It was a super hot day so I’m glad the air con was blasting. My outfit was super perfect for a day out shopping and it was a great summer day kind of outfit. I linked what I wore and it is all from Walmart which wasn’t planned but I thought it was funny.

That is everything and what I bought from the NSale 2020! I know the sale is still on until the 30th of August and quite a few things are still in stock. The most popular items already sold out but I saw a few things got restocked especially the bigger sizes tend to stick around and get restocked more often I feel like. I shopped the sale as soon as it started which was 6am my time but it was worth it. I just hope the three items I got get delivered to my apartment soon so I can check them out. Other than that, I guess that is all I have to say about the sale until next year I guess. I bought pretty affordable items and splurged on one item which I think I am happy with everything.
