Easy To Recreate Valentine’s Day Outfit
Happy Wednesday! Today I’ll be sharing an easy to recreate Valentine’s Day outfit! I’m so excited to bring you my first Valentine’s Day inspired outfit for 2020. If you’ve followed my blog and me over the years then you know I am a big fan of dressing for Valentine’s Day by creating and styling themed outfits perfect for any occasion. This one is an easy everyday look that can be for someone who wants to dress up a little and give a small touch of fun to the theme of the day. I love this look and how simple it is so here is an easy to recreate Valentine’s Day outfit and all the details.
Outfit Details
I’m wearing an XL in the top and cardigan. The jeans I’m wearing are a size 16. The cardigan is fitted so I suggest getting your size but if you are in between sizes then size up in this because it does run small. The jeans are also a bit baggy so I suggest getting your size or one down.

My cardigan is from Target and I got it for this particular outfit last year. I saw that they do still have it in store but I found a very similar one in Old Navy here. My top I got at Marshall’s last year for under $10 and it is perfect for Valentine’s and so subtle too. I know Nordstrom had a very similar one that was $90 so a huge difference. Since it is from last year I linked a similar one here that is still in stock.
Of course I had to go for the red heart accessories. I love matchy-matchy and the sunnies were the perfect touch along with the red headband. I really wanted to go with a red or white bag but I don’t have one and the ones I ordered haven’t come in yet so I went with a nude and black to go with this look. I did have red heart earrings but couldn’t find those so went with red bows instead. Then I have a gold heart pendent necklace to complete the hearts theme.
That was an easy to recreate Valentine’s Day outfit! I hope you got some inspo for any plans you have on Valentine’s. I have more outfit inspo to come so stay tuned. This was featured in last year’s post here if you missed it so very similar but this time I shot it in public instead of my room. I did love this outfit so much that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity not to wear it again and share it with you. Thanks for reading an easy to recreate Valentine’s Day outfit! xo
That’s such a cute outfit! I’m still a bit lost as to what I’m gonna wear on valentine’s day. I don’t have any exciting plans but I do like to wear holiday-themed outfits at work, it’s fun.
Thanks Marta! It is so fun and hope you find something to wear!
