On My Christmas Wish List 2019

Dear Santa,

It’s me, Jackie! Can you believe this is my 8th year in a row writing to you about what’s on my Christmas wish list 2019? I love this yearly tradition and honestly I look forward to it and hope to keep it for many more. So December is looking pretty great this year. Last year I was in NYC having the time of my life but came home to LA with no one to celebrate with. It was bittersweet but I made do and you Santa really delivered last year and got me so many things I wanted for Christmas. This year, I have both my parents with me again and they are spending the holidays with me. All three of us are in LA and it’s my mom and dad’s first Christmas here in LA after 8 years which is very exciting for them. It’s so magical and we have been doing a lot of things on my Christmas bucket list here. It’s so nice having them here with me unlike last year but I miss the big family celebration I use to have with everyone else in Manila. It’s conflicting but at least I’m not alone this year and can buy gifts for someone other than myself. So Santa, here is what’s on my Christmas wish list 2019!

First, I’m just going to get the big present out of the way. I wanted this for my birthday and didn’t get one so hopefully for Christmas I can. I’ve been eyeing the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil as my current iPad is almost 6 years old and kind of needs an upgrade. I love using mine and it’s so handy so getting one that’s a bit bigger and I can write on it will be even better. Next is something pretty cheesy but back in July I saw this and knew it would be the perfect Christmas gift for me and something I would love to get so a Scooby Doo complete collection DVD set would be a great thing to receive. The fourth thing is a name necklace. I have been wanting these for so long and couldn’t resist a cute personalized gift. The fifth and sixth thing I want kind of goes together. It would be so cool to get a silk pillow case and eye mask set and a silk hair scrunchies set. I have heard great things and benefits about them so why not try them out by getting them as a gift! Next up we have cozy fluffy slippers and I’ve been in need of new house slippers of course it’s hot pink too. Speaking of hot pink, it reminded me of wanting to get the Foreo Luna 2 which again heard great things about and since my fave has been so dry and I’ve been wanting to up skincare game then this would be ideal!

Up next we have a rose gold light up makeup mirror. Since I have been doing my makeup quite a lot recently in my dark room I need a good mirror and it’s just so cute and a practical gift. Moving on to another practical gift which is a travel jewelry case but I’d use it for at home too to keep some of my fave jewelry picks. I saved the best ’till last because if you’re not getting me these two things Santa then I know someone who will and this time it won’t be me (but my dad) he always just let’s me pick what I want and will buy them for me after Christmas and that has become our thing so I am just adding this on if you do think I need this gorgeous designer dupe pink bag and this pink designer dupe tote bag.

Honestly, Santa I don’t mind if I get all or nothing from this list. It’s just a fun blog post tradition I started and can’t seem to stop. What I really want for Christmas can’t be bought and that’s good health for my parents. If that’s all I get then I will be truly grateful and it’s something I hope I get. There are other things I hope for but I just want to spend Christmas with my parents again in the US and reminisce about my childhood Christmas I had. So Santa that was what’s on my Chrsitmas wish list 2019 and I can’t wait to write to you again next year! Who knows what I want and where I’ll be.

That was what was on my Christmas wish list 2019! I hope you enjoy this blog post as much as I do and I truly look forward to this post all year. It gets more and more difficult every year to think of things I want so that is why I always have a list on my phone that I add to throughout the year to remind me of what I want but it still is hard to find things sometimes. I have been doing Vlogmas on my Youtube channel so it has been quite difficult balancing both that and my blog but I finished editing my video early tonight so I made me way over and pushed myself to get this post up as it’s tradition and I usually have it up a week before Christmas which is so wild it’s exactly going to be Christmas this time next week.
