A Neutral Outfit I Wore on Thanksgiving
Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing a neutral outfit I wore on Thanksgiving. Well I might have fibbed. This is what I kind of wore on Thanksgiving. I wore this outfit but I didn’t leave the house and just wore socks instead of the heels. If I did go out to a fancy family Thanksgiving then this is the ideal outfit I would have worn. If for example I was meeting a boyfriend’s family then this is totally something I would go for. It’s dressy but has a casual style to it so I think it is a nice mix. I love how this outfit turned out. So keep reading for the details of a neutral outfit I wore on Thanksgiving!
Outfit Details
My teddy bear jacket which is here is super affordable and so cozy. It was quite chilly when I shot these so it kept me warm once I was wearing it. I’m wearing an Xl and it is TTS. My top is a bodysuit which is inked here and sucks everything in. It might not have been the best Thanksgiving top as there isn’t much stretch but it is good for other occasions. I am wearing an XL and if it didn’t have some stretch I think it would be rather tight on me but I guess bodysuits are supposed to be tight on you to suck everything in. My black ripped skinny jeans are super old and stretched out. I linked similar but for size reference I typically wear a size 16.

I had a lovely Thanksgiving. As I said, I stayed at home and my mom made Thanksgiving dinner. She is still recovering but managed to cook a small dinner for us. My parents and I don’t really eat turkey so we baked a chicken in the oven which is her special recipe she usually cooks on special occasions like this. We had some corn and garlic bread for the sides and pumpkin pie for dessert. So not too big of a feast but just right for the three of us. I’m thankful this year that I got to spend it with my parents and not alone like I did last year. Then I went out by myself to Target and did some Black Friday shopping. I’m not sure if I will be doing a haul here on the blog but I did film a come shop with me and a haul n my Youtube channel. I’m also not doing a sales round up like all the other bloggers. I said I would partake this year but I’m still not up to it and feel like I didn’t have time this year. Maybe I will be ready next year but who knows. There are some great sales though and if you want to view what I plan on buying then here is a wish list of that here.
I love the tan accessories I paired with this outfit. They are my fall go to and my fall color I have been obsessed with. The bag is a Chloe dupe and my fall bag I’ve been using for 2 years now and I still see it around so I guess at this point it makes it a classic. I love this bag and maybe one day I will get the actual designer version of it. My booties are so chic and dressed up this outfit. I think they are the perfect pair to match with the look. I was actually going to wear this outfit to the pumpkin patch last month but never got around to shooting it so I thought it would make a great Thanksgiving outfit and it is. My leopard print bow has been my go to as well and it went with so many outfits. I will sure miss it as it was a fall fashion favorite. Last are my earrings which are just my crown studs and my bow pendent necklace. I was going to wear a belt with this look but decided against it as it was too much. Those were all my outfit details
That’s a neutral outfit I wore on Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoyed my outfit and what I did on Thanksgiving. If you want a throwback then you can see what I wore a few years ago here on Thanksgiving. So I took these on Wednesday and it was so cold when I shot these. I was proper freezing for the first time shoot an outfit. I usually am sweating in these heavy jackets but this was not the case. I had to put the coat back on so fast after shooting the cute over the shoulder images as I was that cold. Once it was on then it was fine but I have proven this outfit is not for extremely cold and rainy weather. Good thing I live in LA and it sort of passes if you are indoors and just walking out to and from places. I love that it is getting more fall and winter temperatures because I brought out my winter accessories and can’t wait to start wearing them. How was the weather where you are at on Thanksgiving as it was super cold and rainy here in LA? I love it though and it made Thanksgiving so cozy this year. I hope you enjoyed reading a neutral outfit I wore on Thanksgiving and all the details! xo
This outfit is so cute! I would have paired it with a cute chunky belt I have in my closet. Very cute style!
This was a great post, and your pictures were beautiful! You’re right, that’s the perfect outfit and boots for a fancy Thanksgiving dinner. I’m glad you enjoyed the holiday with your parents.
I absolutely love this look! You are stunning, as always! ๐
