The Sweater & Booties You Need This Fall

Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing this outfit that I styled involving the sweater & booties you need this fall! Since Fall officially begins this weekend I thought I would share my first fall outfit. Like official fall outfit! I think this outfit screams fall and is what I envision I would wear in a cozy fall movie. So to finally start the season here is the sweater & booties you need this fall and the details to this cute outfit!

Outfit Details

I wore a spring version of this outfit here. I love this sweater and it is going to be my go to this Fall. You definitely need this sweater as it is so pretty and is under $25. It has the daintiest ruffles around the sleeves and neckline which makes it the most feminine sweater and gives a twist to a plain cream sweater. I bought this last year but they restocked it and I kind of want to grab it in the other colors it comes in. I am wearing a large and it’s my normal size at H&M. It depends on what fit I want so if it’s already over-sized I get my regular size or size down or if it is a fitted sweater like this then I stick to my size. It is a bit cropped so great for skirts and hits you at a great point. My skirt is also from last fall but sometimes Forever 21 restocks it so I’ll keep an eye out for it as this tan corduroy skater skirt is such a great basic and an adorable color. They have an a-line version with buttons down the middle out right now if you like that style instead. You can find that skirt here.

The accessories for this outfit is just so perfect. I love tan and this color for fall. I got into it more recently as I usually love grey, blacks and burgundy but this orange color is growing on me. So my bag is my go to fall bag and I always bring it out during this season a lot. It is a Chloe Nile dupe and the style is still so classic. My booties which I bought from JustFab when they were on sale in January. I’ve been waiting to use them and I can finally bring them out and style them. They go so perfectly with the bag and this skirt. I wanted to add the belt as it could cinch in my waist and again the brown goes great with the tan and cream. My beret is the perfect fall hat accessory and I bought it from Marshall’s last year. Last are my white heart sunnies as a finishing touch besides my warm tone makeup.

That was the sweater & booties you need this fall! I definitely recommend them both and you need them for the fall. I have been dying to shoot this outfit and I finally did. I pass by this brick building and these fallen leaves everyday and I always think when I can shoot this outfit and I finally did. I usually hate having a few leaves in my pictures and usually just edit one or two leaves out but this one was a different situation and I embraced the leaves on the ground. I know I live in LA and this is the closet I will get to a fall background so I appreciate it. I had a bit fun throwing the leaves in the air and getting that shot. I hope to have more fall themed shoots and I can’t wait for all the orange. So I hope you enjoyed this outfit and I’m telling you the sweater & booties you need this fall will be perfect.
