My Bedside Table Must Have Essentials
Happy Monday! Today I’m sharing my bedside table must have essentials. I’m so excited to start showing you little glimpses of my apartment here in LA. It’s taken me a while to get everything together and I’m still decorating but I think my room is starting to be how I want it. There are probably a million things I want to do with it but I am going to start small and just share my bedside table. I already shared my dream bed here so now it’s time for my bedside table to shine and focus on that. So here is what I currently have and my bedside table must have essentials!

To start off my bedside table must have essentials, I usually change this up every so often. I sometimes have it filled and then sometimes I get rid of everything but my phone and iPad. The nightstand actually came with my room so I’ve been using it. It’s quite tall but my bed is too so it works out and is quite spacious. I’m actually not going to show you inside as that’s a mess but the top looks pretty. I am starting to get more creative and decorating. I recently picked up this bunch of artificial pink peonies which are great for display and I might use them for blog photo props as well. Then I have a candle. I remembered I had left over from Bath and Body Works I got on Black Friday. It’s called Champagne Toast and I love the scent. I know it’s Christmas I think but it smells so lovely and matches the decor so I’m using it up. I’m slowly collecting little trinkets to have as decor including this “Love” I got at the 99 Cent store if you can believe. It’s so cute and I love my pops of hot pink.

Beauty Products
My bedside table must have essentials has to include some of my skincare favorites so it’s easy access. I did a full skincare post here but I have updated it since then. Some of these products were from a huge Ulta haul I did last year which you can read here. I like having these near me so I can just reach over whenever I need it. Right now I have a lot of moisturizing products as my whole body feels so dry from the cold winter weather. I have a body butter from Bath and Body Works which is peach scented and is just so amazing and I lather myself in this every time I get out of the shower. Next is my hand cream which was the first ever thing I bought from Zoella Beauty. It has come in handy (pun intended) as my hands are so dry and are starting to peel which is not fun. Now for my face moisturizer at the moment is the Philosophy Purity Moisturizer and it has been helping my dry skin so much. Last are my two go lip products right now. I think these are the things I reach for most as I really need it. I have a lip scrub by Bliss Beauty to get rid of the dry patches and then I finish it off with my EOS lip balm.
Hair Accessory & Jewelry
I tend to have my hair bows lying around everywhere. I actually have several lying around on my bedside tables at all time including hair ties, bobby pins, these new hair bow scrunchies and pretty much anything that I take off or put on before bed. If you need a hair accessory then it’s mostly likely you will find it on my bedside table. I do have a separate drawer for the rest but if I use it on a daily basis then it ends up on there. As for jewelry, I hate sleeping with it on so I take it off before bed. I bought this pretty ring dish at Marshall’s and it just fits my aesthetic and looks so cute plus it’s useful to just add my most used jewelry pieces I’m wearing daily. I’m going to be doing a whole post dedicated and explaining my favorite pieces soon so be on the look out if you want to find out more about all my dainty pieces I’ve been wearing.
Notes & Tech
I’m the type of person who still likes writing things down from time to time. I have a note pad and my planner with a pen on my bedside table. I use to have so many books on my bedside table when I lived back at my parent’s but I didn’t take any with me here to LA. As for tech, I actually have more than what you see on here. I have this stand for my iPhone and it’s really nice to just display it. I have two phones so I also have my iPhone X and my iPad beside me. I then have a few pair of headphones and my Airpods as well so it’s easy to put down before I sleep. I’m trying to cut down on having my gadgets beside me but I have no where to put it but on top of there.
Those were my bedside table must have essentials! I love how my apartment is starting to feel like my home. I mean I have lived here for 8 months now (which my last post was a recap here) but I can finally feel like it’s mine and not like I’m a guest. I love my color scheme and slowly starting to buy pieces I’m proud of and want to display. I’d love to know your bedside favorites and what you have on top your nightstand. Also I forgot to point out it always isn’t so tidy and pretty like this. I just set it up for photos. It does stay pretty close to this though but with more random hair accessories and a few of my gadgets on top. I’ll be sharing what the reality looks like over on my Instastories if you want to see. So that was my bedside table must have essentials and I hope you enjoyed a look into what I have been using and how I decorated it.
Your set up is really cute! I always have to have hand cream and lip balm by my bed!

Love all the pink, what a great steal at the 99 cent store! And the scent of champagne toast is amazing! I love it!
I always have to have all my essentials in close proximity to me so I can easily access them! I love the matchy pink too!
I so love this! Such great little details!

I have seen that hand cream at ULTA. I should pick it up next time I’m there since my hands are crazy dry!
Everything is so pretty! I always have to have chapstick next to my bed.
Love your photos and aesthetic!
