Clothes and Accessories I Bought For Winter
Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing the clothes and accessories I bought for winter from a huge H&M holiday haul I did last month. A few of these clothes I bought to take with me to New York which I did and some are from my Black Friday and Cyber Monday hauls that came in while I was away. I already styled a lot of them so you can check out the original posts down below. Also I forgot I filmed a haul last month and just found the footage so that’s why it’s still holiday related. I’ve linked that down below if you want to watch it. So here the haul of all the clothes and accessories I bought for winter!
This was my Christmas day time outfit and I bought it to resemble a candy cane. I love wearing white and red on Christmas and I love how it turned out. I wasn’t sure with the red paper bag pants when I bought them. I didn’t even know if they would fit but they are perfect. I got the size 16 but they are a bit cropped on me as I am quite tall. The tie belt does work and can tighten around the waist. The cream ruffle hem sweater is in the size large and it fits nicely on me. It is true to size and I got my normal size.It is quite cropped on me as I have a long torso but I’m not sure if it is supposed to be as cropped but it is.
The night time Christmas outfit outfit is just my standard skirt and top look. I love this red mock neck top which I got in a large and it is quite cropped on me so great for layering or putting skirts over it. The bow tie black skirt I got in a size 16 and it is way to big so I recommend sizing down 2 sizes or maybe one as it is elastic and the tie does work so it can be tightened around your waist.
Next is this silver mock neck top that is glittery. It is a large and it fits true to size. It is longer and not cropped so it’s good. It has the mock neck as well and it is quite itchy so I recommended a cami underneath it.
This sweater this year was an off the shoulder Christmas sweater print one. It is quite big as I got an XL. If I wasn’t so tall it would be great as a sweater dress but since it is longer it can be great with leggings. I suggest getting your size or sizing up to be a dress or down to be fitted.
I bought a lot of layering pieces on my NYC trip. First is this red pearl sweater. It is oversized so size down if you want it to be fitted. I got a large and it is quite big on me but with a lot of layers underneath in a cold winter weather.
Another NYC outfit was with the plaid red and pink scarf which is so soft and keeps you nice and warm. The red sequin tee underneath is good to layer or to wear around the house. I got the tee in a large and it fits true to size.
Last was my NYE outfit and I wore the polka dot mock neck top and again good for layering. Like the red version it is cropped and fits perfectly and I got a large.
That was my clothes and accessories I bought for winter haul! I hope you liked this more detailed outfit guide and haul. I thought I would try something different. So a haul with clothes I already wore and styled and how it fits on me. Let me know if you like this new style of haul post. I really enjoyed it and showing you more details instead of how the outfit came together like my what I wore posts so it’s different. So that’s it for the clothes and accessories I bought for winter and let me know which piece you loved out of the whole haul!
