Blush Pink Casual Daytime Outfit | What I Wore

Daytime Styling

Happy Wednesday! I’m toning it down today with this outfit. I feel like I went really dressy this past week with my last few outfits. I love that and do love dressing up but I do have days where I just throw something on and try not to think about it but still look decent at the same time. This was that kind of outfit. It’s my casual daytime style that I put together for a day of errands and running around getting bits and bobs together and boring stuff like that. So here is my casual day time outfit I styled!

For my outfit I started with my this lace top that I found in a drawer in my wardrobe and I haven’t worn it for so long. I think it’s a more spring and summer top so maybe that’s why but since blush pink is still so on trend then why not? It was actually cold the day I took these and just had a huge rainstorm so I took advantage and threw on my white zip up hoodie. It’s pretty old and I’ve had it since I was in college but I always bring it out when it’s cold. I guess I need to buy another one to replace this soon. Then my good old denim skinny jeans that you see all the time that are the most comfiest bottoms I own and look decent on. To complete the casual vibe is my white sneakers from Ked’s and a cross body bag. I put away this bag but wanted a pink bag to match with my top so I brought it out and I remember how much I love it and the embellishments on it. As for jewellery I went simple and just added some jeweled H&M earrings that match the bag’s detail. Last is a satin pink bow just to tie everything together.

That is my causal day out outfit! Tomorrow Blogmas will start! I told myself I wasn’t going to do it this year but this will be my 6th year doing it I feel wrong not to and I prepared all November for it so I’m hoping I planned enough to do it again this year. Actually the day I shot this outfit I was scouting Christmas backgrounds at this mall and went back to shoot a Christmas outfit. I also went shopping around and found the most gorgeous bag and I was tempted to buy it for myself but I was with my cousin and hinted to him I would love it for Christmas. It is velvet and had pearls and is so pretty. If no one gets it for me I am treating myself and getting it for Christmas. The Christmas shopping has begun and I am looking out for my family’s presents a bit early this year which is so unlike me but for once I’m so organized. So that is it and I can’t wait for December to come and be all festive and have so much content for you! I hope you liked this outfit and have a great rest of November!
