Shake Your Pom Poms
Happy Friday! Today’s outfit is one I’ve been dying to wear. I mentioned the weather hasn’t been on my side lately and is always grey and raining. I’ve had this outfit planned out since I bought the top, bag and shoes and I was so excited to wear it but I wanted the sun to be out as it is a bright outfit and very summery. Finally that day came and I got to shoot this look. It’s another favorite because I’m wearing pink which is no surprise as I wear it quite a lot here on the blog. I like that I styled this look for a festival as I don’t really go with that style too often but I’m sometimes inspired by festival fashion and the whole bohemian look. It wasn’t intentional when I first planned this but when it came together I was quite happy and love all the details that went into it.
My top is so fun and I love the little pom-poms on the ruffle. I had a similar top when I was little and I remember it so well and my mom hated that I would wear it so much. It’s funny how styles are just coming back again. I love when trends I wore before are recycling back and are popular now. I spent the whole time wearing this top shaking the pom poms saying to my family if they liked my pom poms. As I said, this top is so fun. I love the bubblegum pink too and made it the center of the outfit and matched the accessories to it as well. I turned the necklace into a choker to compliment the neckline of the top and the earrings I had to bring back as the color went with the top and they are always a fun addition. I recently just bought the bag and shoes and I was so excited to use them. I’ve been wanting a bag like this for a while as it is the perfect size and I do love a pink bag. Also how pretty is the gems on it. The sandals are so comfy and I feel so girly in them. Again, they are a childhood fashion item I had and now I have a grown up version. The only trouble I had with this outfit was what to wear for the bottoms. I was going to go for some mom/boyfriend style jeans but I couldn’t find any that I liked. I then decided on my denim skirt but instead of the one I wear constantly I went with the straight cut one and it just went together. Then I added a bubblegum pink satin bow. Another reason I wanted the sun to come out was to wear my rose gold mirrored sunglasses as they just complete the outfit. Overall I loved this whole outfit vibe it had.
Since I am loving this style of fashion and the whole festival vibes there are so many sites out there that have affordable options like Yoins. I’m always on the look out for sites online to have new design choices. There are so many cool fashion casual dresses that I was browsing and are in trend right now. I love the dress versions and being so unique.
Not only that but there are so many tops I have my eye on and want to try for myself. Plus not just that but there are some stylish womens sexy tops like the one I’m wearing and love so much. The style is so trendy and the detail on it makes it so fun to style up or down.

That was my outfit! I wore this to the food park I mentioned I wanted to go to in my July Goals post I wrote about in the beginning of the month. I thought this was the perfect outfit and the colors matched the colorful container vans so well. Of course I’m going to do a separate post about that and what I got up. I’m going back again to experience more food and give it a proper review to do a food guide on it. I had my cousin’s and dad with me when we went and we had a milk tea shake and some nachos and the flatlay I got of it I’m really proud of so that will be going on my Instagram soon. It was such a fun day and it is such a fun place to visit. I loved my outfit and I matched the colorful container vans so well. When I go back I am definitely going to take more pretty pictures behind the colorful paintings. I see why us bloggers love the colorful backgrounds. I have to find more of them around for new outfit locations. So keep your eye out for the food guide and maybe you can spend your weekend exploring something like this if you have a food park in your city.
I have no big plans this weekend other than having a few cousin’s coming
over to my house. I’m also going to have my cousin, Jelly, who I hired
to be my photographer and blog PA to discuss new content for the blog
and Youtube while she is over. Also I have a new video going up on my
channel later about my outfits from this week. So make sure to subscribe
to my channel to watch it. That’s it for me and I hope you have a fun
weekend lovelies!
