My Birthday Wishlist 2016

23 Wishes

Happy Wednesday! It’s a wish list kind of day but a special one because it is a few things I have an eye on for my birthday in a few days. I totally almost forgot about doing this post but I was going through my archives and recalled I haven’t done one yet and it is almost my birthday. I don’t know how it slipped my mind but luckily I remembered just in time. It was so fun just seeing what I would like and I think this year’s is very tame compare to others. You can see my 21st and 22nd wish list if you are interest. So enough that and see in detail hat I have on this wish list.

To start off I have my eye on a new compact camera that has a few benefits similar to an DSLR but in a smaller size. If you read a few posts back with me complaining about my current camera I think it is time to invest in a second camera. I’ve seen a few other bloggers rave about the Fujifilm X-A2 with the 16-50 Lens and with my research it sounds perfect for me. I see that bloggers in other countries have a specific camera so here it is this one and I think in the UK I see a lot of bloggers rave about the Olympus Pen. I love seeing the difference of who is liking what camera.That’s pretty much the most major thing in this wish list.

For fashion items I have a bag. I saw this in Forever 21 last time I went and even my dad pointed it out first and ask if it was my style. He is finally catching on and I hope he got the hint that I want it. It’s this Faux Leather Satchel and a pretty blush shade. Even though I own a lot of blush pink colored clothes I actually don’t own a blush colored bag so I need one in my collection and it’s just the right size for everyday. Another thing that I am eyeing (pun intended) is sunglasses and with it being the perfect season for sunnies I want a plain black cat eye because I already own a tortoise pair and a blush pink but not a simple black one. Also aren’t these Metal-Trim Cat Eye Sunglasses just the cutest and perfect for ll the summer outfits and outings. If you read my last post where I talk about my love for a few dainty bow pieces by Something borrowed then you know I am obsessed and just after linking to the brand I fell in love with two more items to add to my collection. First the Key to my Heart Necklace is the cutest thing ever and I have always wanted a key and lock necklace because it has a special meaning to me. Last is a ring and I think I want to get into this style of ring. The Ribbon and Jewel Ring is another matching item that would look great with the ones I already have because just look at the bow and how lovely it is.

The last category I have is of course beauty. I seen that I am running low on my favorite foundation. I do want to repurchase it as it is super affordable but I think birthdays are the perfect reason to splurge and pick up something high end. I was meaning to get just a full size Benefit foundation but I saw this kit on Sephora PH and knew it was just what I need. Since seeing the Benefit Cosmetics How To Look The Best At Everything Medium Kit it has everything. I tried all of these before in store and I don’t wear foundation everyday so the bottle, primer, two concealers and powder will be just the right size and amount. Second thing up is the classic Beauty Blender. I’ve been watching so many beauty tutorials on Youtube nowadays that it has inspired me and kind of influenced me to try one for myself and see how I like. I’m usually a brush kind of girl but I want to try new things and really master that extreme Instagram contour and highlight routine and that baking concept so I thought I would start with the beauty sponge first and see where it takes me.Last beauty thing and the one I am most excited for are two liquid lipsticks. At the moment my choice after a lot of liquid lipstick research is the Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Laguna Beach & Hollywood. They are super accessible for me and not that bad of pricing but kind of splurge option. The shades I am keen are a super nudey pink that is very popular I see all the time and it is Laguna Beach and the next one is a very bright and barbie pink called Holywood. Those right now are the ones I am looking at and after so many days of looking at swatches, reading blog post after blog post and a few videos here and there I made up my mind.

The super last thing that I am personally wanting to get myself and hopefully with my birthday money is Little Mix concert tickets. They will be in Manila on May 20 and I really would like them to be my first concert. I love their album to pieces but I rally got into their old stuff too and they are definitely my favorite artist at the moment so it would be a dream to go.

That was what I have in mind for what I want on my wish list this year. I kind of missed making this wish list posts and I think I should make it maybe a monthly thing. As I said in the beginning I went through my archives of fxf to fix up some details and I went back through some old posts and use to do them a lot. It’s also weird how much my blog has changed and transformed. My pictures of beauty products aren’t blurry or taken in my dark teenage bedroom anymore. Also my outfits aren’t inside in my room trying to be quiet so my parents don’t find out I’m taking pictures. Then I moved on to in front of my house and now I don’t care and take them in public with a nice camera and great lighting. It is so cool looking back on a few. I was kind of saving the rest to do some sort of reaction to my old blog on a video for my channel. Let me know if you’d be interested in seeing that and having a separate post dedicated to that and I encourage you to go through your old cringe worthy post when you have the time because it is real funny and real sad at the same time. My birthday is less than 6 days by the time this post goes up and I am putting the finalize touches on my plans, my outfit and what I’m doing. I’m so excited and can’t wait!
