July Favorites 2015 – Beauty & Lifestyle
Another happy Monday to you! It’s monthly favorites time and as you know my favorite thing to write. A little thing different this time is I’m hoping to film this as well and hope to link that when it is up as well. I have a lot of makeup faves this month as I have been putting on makeup a lot more makeup for filming and doing outfit pictures as well. So I’ll jump in and show you around what I had been loving in July.
Beauty
Suesh Custom Concealer in 219
I have noticed with my new camera it is much more detailed and has more megapixels so you can really see yourself and all the imperfections on your face. I used to not worry about that with my old camera but now I do so I have been needing concealer to hide it away a little more. I don’t think that is a bad thing but I do like a little coverage so I pulled this out. I bought a 3 piece concealer kit from Suesh back when I was studying makeup. I just tried it one day not knowing if it would even match me but it did and this is the only concealer so far that works for me and can hide my dark circles. It is amazing and I am so happy i found this and I was pretty good at picking this color for me.
Maybelline Colorshow Lipstick in Nude Mocha
I
never knew I would like a nude lip. I’m all about that pink and when I
tired this it changed my mind on it. Yeah I do admit trying it because
it is so in trend because of Kylie Jenner but it is a nice change for
once. I wouldn’t give up my love for pink lipstick but I might try a few
other nudes especially if they are slightly pink too. I’m doing a whole
review of this lipstick range so I won’t spoil it too much but they are
amazing and so far this has been my favorite so far.
Heroine Make Jewel Eyeliner in 02
I’ve been into brown eyeliner so much lately and I have been making my best effort to at least try and master the cat eye flick which I think everyone can do but me. I love this one and it is the perfect one to ply with and I love the sparkle and shimmer it gives because I always need a little glitter in my day. I just did a review of this lovely eyeliner and if you like to read that and hear me rave about it even more than head over here.
St. Ives Apricot Brightening Facial Scrub
This will be a non-step favorite for me but this time I am using another variant of it. I had the blackhead remover one and now I’ve been using the brightening one. I’m not sure if it is doing any brightening but it cleans my face so well and I just love how soft it is afterwards. Since I have been in makeup a little more than usually lately I don’t feel satisfied just by a makeup remover so I wash my face and use the scrub to get rd of any of the makeup that’s left. All time favorite and I’m sure it will be my forever facial scrub.
Human Nature 100% Clarifying Shampoo
I like cleansing this month. I see a theme here with the facial scrub and now a clarifying shampoo. This does wonders and I really need to use it once a week because since I’ve been to dance class three times a week I just get so sweaty on my forehead and I feel it in my hair (sorry for a little TMI) I just need a good scrub and this gets rid of anything which is what I need. I also think it is awesome it is natural because it does wonders for my hair and I’ve been doing a great job at maintaining it lately.
Lifestyle
PS I Still Love You by Jenny Han // Book
Books have been put off the past few months but i got back into things again and read two books over my spur of the moment road trip to my cousin’s house which is over four hours away. When we go there the internet is non-existent so books are my friend up there. I read the first one when it came out and absolutely loved it because I related to it so much because I wrote letters to my crushes too but luckily they didn’t get sent but I don’t have them anymore because i left them in the US but what I would give to have them and see the cringe worthy stuff I wrote. But back to this one and it was such a great read as well and such a good storyline and can you believe I didn’t put it down and read it in I think three hours. I suggest it if your look for a fun short romantic read
Little Mix – Black Magic // MUSIC
This has been my jam the whole month. It came on the radio one day and that was it. I have never heard of Little Mix before and never heard of any of their music until this song. After hearing this I had to look up the music video because that is what i always do and I just loved it and thought of so many movies and I think a TV show I watched but don’t remember which one. Then I proceeded to watch and listen to all their other music and I think I am now a fan. I can’t believe I didn’t discover them sooner and if you have a fave song by them let me know but I think mine is definitely Black Magic. Now I am randomly just singing this throughout the day and it won’t get out of my head which is probably a good and bad thing.
Those are my favorites for July. A lot of fun ones this month and I’m hoping to get some new makeup bits as I am planning on a beauty shopping spree come payday so let’s see if I found any new ones that I fall in love with. So hope to see you again in next months favorite and let me know what sing and book have you been obsessed with or what certain makeup trend I should start trying. Hope you have a great rest of the week!
What song have you randomly started singing during the day?

Can I just say you have one of the prettiest blogs ever! Let me tell you that I have been so obsessed with the songs Uma Thurman by Fall Out Boy and Drag Me Down by One Direction, so they are always stuck in my head. I am so glad you liked P.S.
