Summer Roadtrippin’ – What I Wore
Happy Wednesday! My first outfit post now getting off of my road
trip. And speaking of that I show you what I wore on the trip there. I
didn’t really take many outfit pictures while I was there as I actually
packed outfits I had worn and took outfit pictures already of it. I
don’t know how many times my past outfit posts have helped me out like
showing me what I liked so I could pack it or when I discover an item I
forgot about and lastly the most helpful is I can check back and see
where I wore the outfit too and if I loose it I have it archived. I had
no idea it would be so useful to document my closet almost.
As
for my outfit I like comfy when I am in a car for more than a few
hours. I would have no have thought I would enjoy wearing jeans
especially having skinny jeans stick to you while seating but here I am
wearing them but they are quite comfy considering. I just paired them
with this peplum top that you’ve probably seen before but it was
something I hadn’t worn in a while. It’s very minimal and I just have my
tiny wooden stone pendent I found again and sunglasses since you can’t
go on a road trip without sunnies and lastly a color matched bow in a
high ponytail. For my bag I had my overnight bag which I use for either
everyday sometimes or it can be used for traveling which is quite nice.

The road trip I went on was about 3-5 hours but it took us almost 6
because of the city traffic and just when we hit the motorway our tire
started wobbling so we head to find a gas station and of course it was
miles away. We finally got there and got the tire change and we were all
good. I enjoyed my time away and went to a lot of parties which were
fun and I piked up a lot of balloons and now I brought them all back
home and my room is up to the brim with balloons and it makes me smile. I
ate some god food and went to a pool part which was so fun and we have
so many pictures and videos of swimming underwater doing goofy things. I
also had free time to just read books which is what I always like to do
when I go away. Sometimes the internet is not to good and the wifi
isn’t fast so having a no internet break is nice. If you have any book
recommendations in case I go again then please leave any. I love those
teen/young adult romance books that give you the feels. Those are ones I
just love and can read in less than a day sometimes. So that was a a
short summary of my summer road trip. Hope you liked it and enjoyed this
outfit post and my simple outfit for a comfy trip in the car.
What would you describe as your perfect comfy and cute outfit?
