Bay Side Stroll – What I Wore
Happy Friday! I’m hoping you have a lovely weekend ahead of you. I started my weekend early by picking my cousins up and going out to lunch then going on a stroll by the bay. It was perfect out and if there is a chance to take outfit photos you know I would. If you couldn’t tell the weather looks so gloomy but it was actually a bright and sunny day but being by the water and the bay walk it actually just gets that way I guess. Ain’t it just pretty scenery too?
For my outfit I love my pop of color so I wore this bright coral baby doll style top but tucked it into this gray skirt to be sort of a neutral. It has cute little heart print and polkadots on it which is super pretty and it was a loose flowy material which was perfect for the humidity. I paired the outfit with some gray ballet flats to match the skirt and my cross-body bag just to throw on. Again these sunglasses are so nice and definitely were a savior since I was squinting in some photos and it didn’t look pretty from how bright the sun was and lastly the outfit isn’t complete without a matching neon coral bow. I wanted a super casual outfit for driving to pick them up in but when I heard we would be having lunch by the bay I had an excuse to dress it up a little while still being in casual clothes. I guess I’m considering it casual even though it may not look like it. I liked it though and it was a fun outfit to wear to stroll and take pictures by the bay.

I had such a fun day. I went to go pick up Lynn who I talk about all the time and is now back taking my outfit pictures including this one and also her family too at the bus station since my birthday is coming up they are staying with me. We went to lunch afterwards and her little 18 month old is the cutest and I haven’t seen him in a month so he’s grown so much and has learned so many new tricks. He still isn’t talking but he is babbling now and has his own language which is the cutest. While taking outfit pictures he saw a boat passing behind me and his face lit up and it was too adorable for words. We took a nice stroll along the bay and though it seemed cloudy it was super hot and on the way home super sunny. It was kind of disappointing but I never went to the bay where it was super sunny but I think it is a good thing so we wouldn’t sun burn. I just love the backdrop of this and it was an amazing day to hang out with family. That was my outfit and let me know what is your favorite thing to wear when you go out with friends or family. I like casual but a little dressed up. Hope you liked this outfit post!
