Beach Babe – What I Wore
Travel Lookbook {Day 6}
Happy Tuesday and I am sharing my last outfit in my Travel Lookbook series in this set. I loved styling all my outfit on my trip and I am planning on doing a how I packed post of something to show you how I did it if you are interested. I thought if I could plan out these outfits for a short trip it would be a fun post. Since I am also studying personal styling it has been a nice practice for me. So for the final outfit of the series I wanted to share with you what I wore to the beach.
As for the outfit this is very risky for me and I am not a size zero but I am proud of my curves and accept who I am. I found this outfit to be just the right fit and wasn’t too revealing and I found it to be a happy medium. This is one of my first time posing in this kind of outfit for my blog so please be kind. I am wearing a crop top underneath this coverup blouse as I was planning on swimming. I didn’t want to wear the crop top alone at the beach as I am not quite there to showing off my stomach but having this pretty green coverup made it more fun and I think beach appropriate. I then paired it with these shorts that look like a skirt which is really loose and the right length but not everyday wear length only perfect for swimming. As for accessories I borrowed my cousin’s chunky colorful necklace I thought it would match and I just used my wedges for props and I had flip flops as well. And how cute is this beach bag to hold all my beach essentials and of course sunglasses as you need sunglasses on the beach.

I hope you enjoyed my first beach outfit. I took a risk and tried something new and I hope you like it and aren’t to harsh. I am proud to be plus sized and sometimes in pictures I don’t feel like I am that size as I know how to dress my shape a lot better now. I am completely okay with my size and hope that you are too. I may not be bikini ready and even if I was with my personality I don’t think I would feel any more confident. Be proud of how you are and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable at the beach. I loved what I wore and I can actually look at them without cringing which is quite nice. Hope you enjoyed this outfit and let me know what you wear to the beach.
