Collective Beauty Haul | Drugstore & More

I went a little crazy with buying some beauty bits over the past few weeks and I decided to do a collective haul showing you what I picked up. I love reading hauls because it gives me inspiration to buy which should be bad but I just love seeing what’s new and curious to see what other bits people are picking up to add to their collection. As I’m now into more beauty products lately it has given me an excuse to dip my feet in and see what I like and dislike.

First is some drugstore purchases I picked up in our local drugstore called Watson’s which has all sorts of beauty brands I know which is very convenient for me and reminds me of back home in the US. I love having a browse through their store and sometimes I’m good and sometimes I’m not so good and pick up various bits and bobs I find interesting. I guess that trip the other week was one of those days where I ended up with a few bags on my way out.

Bifesta Cleansing Lotion in Sebum – 419php

St. Ives Apricot Scrub – 229php

Schick Intuition Naturals – 259php

The first thing I knew I wanted to pick up from there was the Bifesta Cleansing Lotion in Sebum. It was 419php and I’m glad I found where to get it in person then ordering it off the internet. It was the same price on both so I just thought it was more convenient just getting it there. I tried the sample I got at the BDJ Beauty Social last March and really liked it so I decided to pick up a full size bottle after finishing the sample and knew I really wanted it.

The second thing I picked up was the St. Ives Apricot Scrub which is an absolute favorite of mine and I keep going back to it. I noticed I was running low so that’s always an excuse to get another one if you really love. I can believe a random purchase of this a long time ago would become one of my favorite products until now.

Lastly I picked up from there was a new razor which is the Schick Intuition Naturals and I really wanted to try this one. I am trying different ways to shave my legs and haven’t tried this type yet so I’m going to see how I like it. I kind of regret purchasing this though because I saw the other day they came in pink and I was so mad I didn’t get a pink one but I’m sure this works fine and I’ll try to accept it isn’t pink. If you tried this I would love to know what you think of it as it will be my first time using this thing.

Alphabet Skin Care Mask Sheets in Bulgarian Rose – 58php
Alphabet Skin Care Mask Sheets in Yogurt Strawberry – 58php

Another store was Étude House which I have always wanted to buy something from there and I finally got the chance but I was with my cousin who had her 10 month old son (at the time) and he was not happy so I only got to browse for a few minutes but I couldn’t leave empty handed so I picked up two face masks to tide me over until I head back and hope I have no distractions next time.

I wanted a lot of things but I settled with their face masks as I heard some good things about them. I love the name of them which is ETUDE I Need You! Alphabet Skin Care Mask Sheets. To be honest I picked these up because of the design but the sales lady said they would work for me. I was in a rich but next time I’m planning on getting my initials or maybe my name. The first one is the Alphabet Skincare Mask in Bulgarian Rose which is said to brighten your skin and it has a hint smell of rose which sound so luxurious. The other is Alphabet Skincare Mask in Yogurt Strawberry which I love strawberries and the scent so I knew I would try it for that as well it is forbing soft and moist for the skin. I have some dry patches from the weather even though I have oily/combination skin so I thought I would try it out if it would help it

Human Nature Natural Moisturizing Shampoo – 129.75php

Human Nature Natural Moisturizing Conditioner – 144.75php

I was in the supermarket and I saw a display full of natural shampoos and hair products I’ve been wanting to try a natural shampoo that has no harsh chemicals for a while to help my damaged hair out and not use these extreme hair products on my hair. I’ve never heard of this brand but I decided to get their small size to try out. I like that so you sample them and if you like them you can go for the bigger size, more brands should start doing that. So I ended up with Human Nature Natural Shampoo which is the moisturizing one and in the scent of  mandarin fresh and I just popped it into market along with the Human Nature Natural Conditioner which is again the moisturizing one to match the shampoo but this scent is in lush vanilla and I’m such a big fan of vanilla so this had to be the one I chose. I hope I like these and if anyone has tried this brand or any natural shampoo let me know your experience.

Céleteque Hair & Scalp Care Clarifying Shampoo 199php |
Human Nature 100% Natural Clarifying Shampoo – 149.75php

More hair care but this time I’m trying a clarifying shampoo which again I’ve never tried but heard about in different beauty blogs. I know I needed this since some days my hair is just so weighed down from the sweat of everyday life and ballet class and don’t let me mention the amount of gel and hairspray I have to use to get the perfect ballerina bun. Good thing I only go to class twice a week but it really builds up. I saw the Céleteque Hair & Scalp Care Clarifying Shampoo first as I was strolling the aisle and at the same time I saw the Human Nature display so I picked up the Human Nature 100% Natural Clarifying Shampoo along with the shampoo and conditioner set above to have a full set to try what thy had to offer. The difference between the two is one has sulfate and the other one is all natural so I would love to see the difference and if you’d like a post about it I would gladly do one after testing both.

Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off Gold Special Edition – 670php

Skinfood Tomato Jelly Lip Tint in #3 Orange Tomato – 420php

Skinfood Viva-Volume Pastara Mascara – 775php

The other store I went to was Skinfood which opened recently in my local mall which I posted about here if you’d like to see inside. I picked up a few things again after a few months from the event and since the girls recognized me I got some free samples from them as well which was really nice. The Skinfood Black Sugar Mask (Gold Edition) was something the girls recommended to me to get rid of my blackheads which is a problem for me so I thought it would great for it to try and I know it would be great for a girls night with my cousin. The next purchase I bought from there is the Skinfood Tomato Jelly Lip Tint in #3 Tomato Jelly and it is a pretty orange tint and I actually choose it over red and pink tint which I thought I would never do. I tried this at the makeup demo I was given before where they made me over which was done a few months ago and really liked it on so I bought one this time. Another thing I tried back at the event was the Skinfood Viva-Volume Pastara Mascara at the event and it was demoed on me and I came back to pick it up as I loved the effect it did and I was in need of a new mascara.

Those have been my purchases lately and I’m still wanting to pick up stuff and my never ending wishlist keeps on growing even as the holiday season approaches and all those sales are near. I’m still trying to be good and have only a few bits I really want to pick up especially somethings from Lush but that’ll have to wait for another day.

What have you picked up lately beauty wise?
