First of all happy Easter Sunday! This week was technically my birthday week which I counted down to until Saturday. This year I turned the big 21 which is a reason for me to celebrate right.
On Monday I spent the day at home taking a batch of blog pictures on products in my ‘to review’ pile which was getting out of hand as it fit into a gigantic tote of mine so it took me a good 3 hours to take pictures of but I still wasn’t half done so I edited that days batch at night until I finished it.
For Tuesday I did the same thing and took the rest of the photos in my big tote and I am happy I finished the whole bag and editing them. I probably have 2 months worth of review posts now plus I have several extras that were lurking in a folder so I’m pretty much set I hope. So basically my Monday and Tuesday were spent taking blog photos, editing in the evening and then scheduling when each one will be going up. It was just a productive 2 days.
On Wednesday I took a break which after all that I probably deserve one so I stayed home and watched TV most of the time and spent time with family. For Thursday and Friday it was Holy Week so I didn’t do anything as everything was closed which pretty much the whole week was a holiday but it was worse on these two days as no one does anything. I did get to watch some parades and escape from regular TV and basically a lot of things.
Saturday was my 21st birthday and I didn’t do anything but have pasta and eat cake. I am having a huge celebration later on when all my cousins are coming and we might be heading to a beach resort to celebrate and for a holiday for once. I want to get out and enjoy summer so we are planning a trip for the whole family. I wish I did something but I guess I was fine just hanging out at home but I am sure I will make up for it.
And Sunday was very uneventful but I did take some outfit pictures which is the only thing I did which was exciting. I didn’t have any treats or do anything special this year. I did take a picture of my Easter dress and I actually found my old Easter dress way in the back of my closet while finding something to wear today. I believe I was I think 10 or somewhere around there and I so want an adult version of it as it was so cute and I mean perfect for Easter.
That was my week and I wish I could have blogged about a big 21 birthday celebration but I haven’t had one yet. I am quite sad about it but I know I am making up for it. I had a decent week of doing blog things so that made me happy and it is the first time I have been so organized with planning the whole months posts. I usually do a week at a time but now I am booked up until May and I like that and I have also been keeping up with my blogging notebook which has also helped a ton to keep everything maintained.
Another thing that made my week was joining in on some beauty chats! I really have been enjoying those and finding new blog reads to entertain my boredom throughout the week. I stay up until 4 in the morning but I am loving the interacting and making new friends during the chats. I hope I continue as it is quite fun and useful.
