Laid Back Chic

Happy Wednesday! It's the last day of May and I honestly can't believe that. I wanted to share with you the outfit I wore to 2 events before it becomes a new month. It's a very casual outfit and I love the laid back look for the day. I usually am one to dress up for events like that but I wanted to go for this kind of look for once to try something new. So here are my outfit details and everything that happened that day!

For the outfit I went super casual and had a bit of prep. First is this top which is black and white stripes and I am getting super into stripes. I know it is quite popular and a must have for some and I've been getting more into it. Also the ruffles have been so on trend at the moment and I am in love with that. I love that this H&M top has these ruffles on the sleeves and gives it a girly touch which I'm all about. I need to get more ruffle pieces in my life. Next I went with my go to summer staple which is my chambray denim skirt that I wore to death last year. I brought it back and I just love how nice it goes with everything. It is just a laid back kind of skirt because the skirts I have in my wardrobe are quite dressy. The jewelry I went with is this pretty rose gold and blush necklace that I just brought. It is the perfect prop for blog pictures as you may have seen recently saw but it does spin too much which I need to fix so it doesn't reverse itself so much. Then the earrings are the flower ones I wore in my last outfit photos but they were taken weeks apart. I found them as I was unpacking my suitcase and thought they would be so cute to add color to the black and white. My bag has been so handy and the perfect size these days. It holds a lot of stuff which is surprising and a great size for everyday. To make it even more dressed down I went with my Keds sneakers. I've been loving them since I bought them and I do love how they give me a tennis player vibe a bit. It made the whole outfit for me. Last is my burgundy colored bow as I couldn't think of a color I can go with and wasn't into black or a white one so it made it a bit more fun to the outfit.

That was my outfit! I actually wore this to the Happy Skin Store launch and also Youtube Fanfest 2017 as they were both on the same day. I took these outfit pictures in Pasay after we got lunch. I forgot to vlog that part but I did vlog a bit that day at Fanfest which will be out hopefully soon if I ever get that edited. We ate a place called Army Navy which has the best veggie burritos and cheese fries. I should take my outfit pictures before I eat as I was so paranoid I will spill something on my top but luckily I didn't. There was this lovely courtyard with shops and it was the perfect backdrop to this outfit. When we were done with this we headed over to the World Trade Center for Fanfest and it was amazing this year. As a matter of fact it has been a year since I showed you what I wore to the 2016 Fanfest as I am writing this. You can see that here and it came with it's own vlog. I took my pictures in the parking lot last year and this year had a proper backdrop and much nicer place plus we had more time this year as we left early.  I loved having my cousin go with me and my dad so we spent the night enjoying the show and going home so happy. So that is it and I hope you liked this casual outfit and what I did in this outfit. Have a lovely Wednesday lovelies!
