Aviation Pilot - What I Wore

Travel Lookbook {Day 2}

Happy Friday! I'm sharing my second outfit I wore on holiday in my Travel Lookbook series. This was worn on day 2 when we went up to Clark Air Base to spend the day and tour around there. We went to this park with old airplanes on display and it reminded me of parks I used to go to with my dad when I was little before he retired from the US Navy. I have so many pictures growing up with these kind of airplanes so when I saw these I had to like it was some sort of tradition so my outfit photos were taken here in honor of that.

I went for the classic white tee and jeans look (and I was so close to naming it after another line in Style, I was tempted but refrained but in the drafts that's what it was known as.) I planned it to be simple as I didn't know what we were doing when I was getting dressed that morning. It turned out it was perfect and I didn't know it turned out to be sort of pilot theme. So to start off with instead of a white t-shirt i used this one with lace sleeves for a more girly touch. Then I added my jeggings which are not real jeans but they are comfy to wear. I paired it with these sandals and you will be seeing a lot of them as I only packed a few pairs of shoes and these ones are comfy and cute so a win-win. My bag is a cross body and easy to carry around plus it matches. My accessories are some white bracelets I stacked together, my bow chain necklace and to top it off my aviator sunglasses. This is the first time I've worn sunglasses in an outfit post and turned out it fit as I have airplanes all around me. I feel like an airplane pilot.

That's been my outfit and my take on aviation theme. It was so cool that I ended up wearing those sunglasses because with all the airplanes around me I felt like I was in Top Gear ( I think this what that plane movie was called.) If you want to see more pictures and about my day I posted the first part of my Travel Diary here and you can see all the airplanes and some pictures of the park and what we did afterwards. Hope you liked this simple outfit and how I did the class white tee and jeans look.

What is a staple item you like to wear?
